Notice Regarding a Full Rest Day Today😥

Hello everyone. I'm writing to inform you that I must take today as a complete rest day. I am truly sorry for this.

To be honest, I'm feeling extremely unwell due to a blood sugar spike; on a scale of 1 to 100, my condition is less than a 10. I ask for your understanding that I'll be using today as this week's "one rest day per week" that I mentioned previously.

I will focus solely on recovering today through fasting and sleep, and I will be back in good health tomorrow.
