They will race as Toyota Gazoo Racing, you have the choice whether you'll race with their iconic white - red colour scheme or a stealth black livery as they are using in WEC.
Mod Information: Toyota replace the Haas F1 Team on F1 25
2 Liveries to choose from: White / Red Car Livery, Black Car Livery
Steering Wheel Decal, Driver Numbers 1-99
Driver Attire. Team Attire, Pitcrew Attire, Monitors, Garage Livery, Garageboard
Future Plans: Team HQ and In Game Menu / Race Timing Tower UI Logos

I have tested installing this mod with both liveries on a fresh game and I can confirm it's working, make sure to install the mod properly
