Hey everyone!

This afternoon I made brownies and took you along for the journey. ^^

Disclaimer that this is barely edited, save for a few loud peaks that I've tried to dampen so it doesn't destroy your ears, and lots of background noises (fridge, boiler, stove, oven etc) can be heard. Probably not great for falling asleep since the loud noises are a little random. I am also still recovering from a sinus infection so if I sound like the 'heavy breathing intensifies' cat you know why. :3

I hope you all had a lovely weekend - next week is so exciting with new tiers and audios, so let's get some good sleep and start off next week with a bang (and some brownies!)

Brownie recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 x bar of milk chocolate
-1 x bar of dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 & 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of plain flour
- 1/4 cup of cacao powder
- tsp salt if you used unsalted butter

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Chop up both bars of chocolate, put half aside for later on. Melt the other half.
3. Combine melted butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs & vanilla extract, then mix until the mixture becomes smooth.
4. Sieve the flour & cocao powder into the wet ingredients. Fold ingredients together until they become a smooth, thick batter. Be careful to fold the ingredients in rather than mix, the less air into the batter the better.
5. Add the saved, chopped chocolate from earlier and fold into the batter carefully.
6. Put mixture into a tin and put into the oven for 20-25 minutes (it should look dark & shiny on the surface when it's ready.)
7. Leave to cool for an hour, slice into pieces and enjoy! ^^
