Definitely needs more options for male protagonists, as well as any genders in between (i.e. dickgirl and cuntboy). Basically, let us decide how freaky we can get with Werms tying our genders into pretzels.

2025-04-24 16:06:11 +0000 UTCIt poses a fun challenge, and I think there's stuff you could do with alternative infestation methods while retaining male physiology. The game is more about infestation and spread for me than it is about strictly MtF body transformation.
