Hand Infestation

However, I'm having massive writers block for part 4 so I've begun working on part 5. The hand infestation might be working soon but it won't be integrated very heavily into the game, so I'm describing it in detail here.
A hand can become infested when a canal parasite is pressed against the palm. It digs into the palm, merging with the flesh and creating a fleshy tunnel extending into the upper arm. The orifice feels exactly like a vagina. After some time, the flesh turns skin-colored and blends in with the creases of the palm. Careful inspection would reveal the mutation but at a glance it would look normal.
The palm-vagina can then be infested by a werm. The werm can retract into the upper arm, and then be extended (Assassins Creed style) to penetrate someone as if thrusting a held dildo into them.
This infestation may lead to some unpredictable consequences for handholding.

I really like the Antari-specific stuff in part 4 like the arena fights, so I hope when you do flesh out that part more of the Antari stuff gets in. That would help distinguish it from part 2 as well.
