Changes:
- Added infestation overlay to all rooms in chapter 2
- Fixed chapter 3 self-infestation bugs (I think)
- Added debugging warp to chapter 3, it's below the gender choices at the start
- Fixed restart in chapter 3 only allowing male gender
- Fixed some other minor bugs

2017-07-13 14:50:57 +0000 UTCA bug I assumed existed in the previous version: As I fully infest Steve but the status won't show that Steve is fully infested as all the family members show completely infested. I think there may be something wrong in the judgement of Steve's infestation. As I have seen there's some words about Steve is fully infested in the twine. I think it can be fixed.
