April 2nd Change Log:
- Fixed an issue with the rain drop lens effect not working for some users in FiveM
- Fixed an issue with missing collision at the Rockford Hills City Hall in FiveM
- Fixed an issue with parts of the map missing in Single Player when using LSPDFR with RAGEPluginHook
March 31st Change Log:
- Added new street lights and wall lights with lod lights throughout the entire map. Each light has been completely reworked and modified by hand in order to offer a more realistic and complete feel that brings the city to life during the night. Each street light and wall light now has an increased specular range in order to make vehicle and pavement reflections look better during night time. Various neighborhoods, tunnels, bridges, underpasses, parking lots and other areas were fine-tuned and are now lit up properly. Fixed several bugs with flickering lights in the process (WIP)
- Removed the "Decreased Vanilla Street Lights" add-on and the "New Street Lights" add-on since street lights were completely reworked and added to the main mod
- Added volumetric headlights to most vehicles in single player. Volumetric intensity changes per weather. Volumetric headlight distance and number of cars can be adjusted in real-time (See the readme for more details)
- Improved the Del Perro Fwy tunnel by reworking several models to add new reflecting ceiling lights, parallaxed wall textures and new lights to the freeway sign
- Added new laser lights to downtown Los Santos and around the Maze Bank Arena. The lights at downtown are animated and rotate
- Added new pine trees and cedar trees with improved textures, proper vertex paint and LOD models as part of the vegetation overhaul
- Added new hedge bushes around several locations including Rockford Hills, Rockford Hills City Hall and Burger Shot (San Andreas Avenue), along with new flowers around the Rockford Hills sign as part of the vegetation overhaul
- Added new high-quality parallaxed roads to the Grove Street & Chamberlain neighborhoods for Platinum Supporters. Includes plenty of small details such as cracked decals with collision that forms puddles and much more (WIP)
- Added new high-quality parallaxed textures outside Franklin's Aunt's house on Forum Drive and to the nearby pavement
- Fixed an issue with a misaligned road decal near Pillbox Hill
- Added a rain drops lens effect for Rain and Thunder weathers. Only works in third-person camera mode in those two weathers. The effect is disabled inside interiors. Works in FiveM, RageMP and altV too
- Modified power lines on telegraph poles in several neighborhoods to appear thinner. Added wind movement to the shoes hanging on top of power lines
- Added a variety of flickering street lights and wall lights scattered throughout the South Los Santos back-alleys for an enhanced atmosphere (WIP)
- Added various animated lights and signs across the map. New locations include Bishop's WTF?! (Vinewood Boulevard), Singleton's (Downtown Vinewood), Lucky Pluck (Strawberry Avenue) and Premium Deluxe Motorsport (Power Street)
- Added neon lights with a retro aesthetic to the Up-n-Atom diner near Procopio Beach in Blaine County and to Casey's Diner on Popular Street in Los Santos
- Added emissive lights and new point lights to the Weazel News Building (Little Seoul), Pipeline Inn (Pacific Bluffs), Beach Homes (Del Perro / Pacific Bluffs), Maze Bank Sign (Downtown Los Santos), Maze Bank Arena Sign (La Puerta), Davis Courts Building Monument (Davis) and Ten Cent Theater (Pillbox Hill)
- Added parallax windows during night time to the beach homes near Del Perro & Pacific Bluffs
- Added a custom timecycle modifier to fix exposure levels inside the Vultur Lé Culturé interior in FiveM
- Removed collision files for the custom car showroom near Portola Drive in order to prevent players from falling through the map in FiveM
- Added the "Darker Nights (Experimental)" add-on for Platinum Supporters that makes night time extremely dark around the map (WIP)
- Reduced the intensity of lights on the Maze Bank skyscraper during night time in Downtown Los Santos
- Reduced fog density in Paleto Bay and the nearby forest region
- Reduced overly bright emissive window intensity for various restaurants in South Los Santos
- Removed procedural grass shadows in order to improve FPS during night time in certain locations. These are disabled in vanilla by default
- Removed leftover test animated signs floating on top of the Ammunation parking lot in Downtown Los Santos
- Removed two palm trees that were blocking the target view during the mission "Nervous Ron"
- Misc bug fixes, tweaks and adjustments
Known Issues:
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future.
- Collision placement is not proper with certain tree models. This will be fixed in the future.
- Farthest LOD on the Olive Tree model is still using the vanilla tree. This will be fixed in the future.

2021-04-27 18:49:56 +0000 UTCFiveM is using performance mode by default. Best graphics settings would be maxing everything out and cranking up your resolution as far as you can. But then you will have major FPS drops. So it's better to experiment on your own with settings as I do not know your computer specs.

You need to have it installed for FiveM too in order to remove the black and white screen. So you'll have to download both packages and read the instructions in each package to install it properly.

2021-04-05 01:02:25 +0000 UTCCrashes related to FiveM were solved by the FiveM devs. They pushed an update to the FiveM Canary client, but the main FiveM client will also receive an update later to address the crashing error. You can temporarily switch to using the Canary version of FiveM by going to the FiveM settings and switching the channel on the bottom of the settings page.
