August 31st Change Log:
- Fixed an issue with the vanilla Bahama Mamas interior being overwritten in FiveM
- Fixed an issue with black palm trees when tessellation is disabled in graphics settings
- Fixed an issue with Smog and Foggy weather being too bright in FiveM, RageMP and altV
- Fixed an issue with invisible crosshairs in RageMP
- Fixed an issue with floating lights near Portola Drive
- Enabled rain drops during the WIP Clearing weather in FiveM, RageMP and altV due to requests from players
Known Issues:
Collision placement is not proper with the new vegetation models. This will be fixed in the future. It will take time to fix this because we have to edit dozens of .ybn files.
August 30th Change Log:
- Completely overhauled Thunder weather in Los Santos with improved lighting, colors and exposure
- Improved the intensity, shape and duration of lightning strikes
- Fixed an issue with directional lightning strikes not showing properly
- Added new Palm Tree models and textures with proper vertex paint, lod models and tessellation as part of the vegetation overhaul
- Added new high-quality road and pavement textures with parallaxing at Pillbox Hill as part of the roads overhaul
- Added smoking manhole particle effect with parallaxing and running water depth effect to the sewage vent on the road at Pillbox Hill
- Slightly improved the sky colors during various hours in ExtraSunny, Clear, Neutral, Smog and Foggy weather
- Increased directional light intensity in ExtraSunny, Clear and Neutral weathers
- Slightly increased exposure throughout various weathers in order to balance out the final image
- Reduced ocean noise amplitude in various weathers
- Separated the single player and multiplayer NVE packages for ease of access with updated install guides
- Removed the Bahama Mamas interior from multiplayer packages due to conflicts with other custom server side interiors within the same location
- Reduced vignetting and updated ambient night lighting in Rain weather
- Fixed an issue with the tonemapping in Rain weather when switching characters
- Improved the strength and duration of rain ripples formed in puddles
- Added a custom timecycle modifier for FiveM that reduces exposure inside Pillbox Hill Medical Center, Central Los Santos Medical Center and the Pearl Restaurant interior located at the pier. This fix will not work on servers that don't allow the NVE dlcpack
- Modified the carcols file to slightly increase white vehicle colors
- Increased the intensity of vehicle headlights during night time
- Fixed reflection height at Mirror Park lake and reduced lod reflections in this area
- Modified the range, intensity and volume size of weapon flashlights for added realism
- Forced the NVE dlcpack rpf file to work on all RageMP servers using one simple trick
- Added the '2005 TVR Sagaris' sports car in single player - This is currently only available for Platinum Supporters
- Misc. adjustments and tweaks to weathers and timecycle mods

2020-09-22 10:17:04 +0000 UTCIs it normal that the frames per second go down so much? I used the Medium Settings Preset folder. With my RTX 3080 and Ryzen7 3700X i get around 80-110 FPS in 4K (Vanilla), whilst NVE hits something between 45-55 FPS. That's not very playable.

2020-09-21 20:04:23 +0000 UTCStart up GTA without RAGE plugin hook, once the loading screen starts, Alt+TAB out and double click the RAGE plugin hook exe. Allow it to hook (it will minimize to your screen corner), and go back to GTA. Then LSPDFR will load

And every single on crashes before GTA V can even load up. It worked perfectly in regular singleplayer mode. But if you are trying to play LSPDFR, with this mod. You can't. If someone has made it work please let me know as I have not been able to make it work at all. I have done the installs, step by step for all of them

2020-09-04 09:59:05 +0000 UTCRazed, im not sure if you're aware. but the palm trees near grove street glitch on the new update. the entire trunks randomly cycle through textures. if your leaving grove street. head down the road and they will be on your right. there's a couple of them that do it.

2020-09-01 11:00:21 +0000 UTCThe manhole vent with the running water is at the Pillbox Hill location where we added the new roads. In the future you will see this in other locations as we continue to work on our roads overhaul. In Thunder weather I think the light from the lightning strike is fine. There was an issue where the headlights in Thunder weather were too bright, but I fixed these in a hotfix that was released earlier today. I updated the download links so be sure to check that out.
