The tribe continues working at widening the hole, using their spears to break up the surrounding material and pull it away. The Housepecker seems to be unable to stretch its neck any longer.
However, it seems to have another trick up its sleeve: the creature begins to vomit up a slimy mass which appears to be part of its inner organs. With horrified expressions upon their faces, the tribe members look on in shock.
