France Set 2

France was really beautiful although dry. Still if I could move somewhere I think I could see myself in Southern France. I don't know what I'd do there for work, but it is a beautiful area, the people were so kind and the area so inspiring. I liked it so much. I hope I'll go back again in the future, but I can't say for sure when that opportunity will come again.
I flew into Paris and then just narrowly caught a train to Montpellier where I rented a car to get around the area. The hikes were beautiful. Waterfalls, crystal water rivers, ruins of mills and castles, mountains, flowers, etc. I really want to go back. The atmosphere was wonderful too. People were kind and helpful. There were tourists as summer is a big season for Europeans to travel all around. The prices were very reasonable for what I predicted. It really wasn't pricier than being in the USA.
The photo event itself turned out really well. I think we could've gone slower and been at each location longer than we anticipated. There were so many beautiful spots and angles. People were interesting and worked really well together. I've been really happy and relieved how well the events have been going. The people have been kind and inspiring. People really get along well. It's what I've been hoping for. I want to be able to bring artists together to learn from each other. Sometimes it isn't just the learning of skills and tricks, but about discussing ideas and motivations that bring new ideas. I want to share the same experiences that build me up on tours with others. So many artists seem to feel so alone and isolated. I want to create a space where artists feel brought up by each other. It's this companionship that helps us in so many ways.
