Yes. A place to post stuff

Been holding on to this photo for a moment. I didn't want to have to censor it. For some reason I love doing back bends in photos despite my back hating it. If you're close enough you can hear me making the sounds of someone trying to keep their balance, pose, and not be in pain lol. I'm trying to work out those back muscles more so this becomes a breeze.

More proof that we love what is bad for us

Take a look at the role of iliopsoas and especially the psoas. Psoas are leg muscles but unlike all other leg muscles, they originate on the spine. Especially when doing a backbend while balancing on one leg, the iliopsoas provide a torsional control on the spine which has to be opposed and balanced by other muscles. Iliopsoas are hard to assess and are often in a black box.
