Someday, someone will write an essay about how I took perfectly fine comedy stories about the absurdities of day to day life, and then ruined them by adding a bunch of superfluous anime bullshit, forever hamstringing my chance at mainstream success. Oh well. At least it looks cool.

The wrist brace was a last minute decision, and I hope it reads clearly-- I might change it later. OO looks pretty good for 50, aside from that thing that happens to most men when they age where they get fat, yes, but more interestingly, they get sort of inexplicably wide in a way that seems to defy skeletal structure. I like the idea of this big burly badass being reduced to wearing a carpal tunnel brace-- no amount of herculean power or anime protagonism can save him from the bullshit body-fall-apart tedium of getting old, even if he's strong enough to like, shrug off a giant energy beam or something. Still figuring out backgrounds. I think I need to take a walk to the park and take some photos.
