Taking a sponsor on the channel, Yes or no.

Hi !

As you guys know I have never taken a sponsor before on the channel. The only thing I accepted before was the ant colony from Ant Cube.

What you maybe don't know is that I get emails daily from potential sponsors but I turn them all down, both because they just don't fit the channel and I don't want to ''sell out''.

Recently I was contacted by ''opera browser'' to be sponsored in one of my upcoming videos. This was the first company that contacted me that I actually use. I use Opera from time to time when I'm researching things. I have also seen that dr plants was sponsored by opera in his new video.

Now my question to you, do you think I should take their offer? They ask for a 60 second integration showcasing Operas capabilities. I know an add like that could be very disruptive in a video so I would try to blend it in as good as possible with my own style and stupid dad jokes.

Taking this offer would mean I have more funds for bigger projects and I could also justify more putting so much time in this channel. While I really enjoy making content and talking to you guys here it is getting hard sometimes (that's what she said). I think I put around 80% of my free time in the channel, next to my day job.

But this is ofcourse up to you! I just make the stupid videos but you guys are the channel! So if you think I should do it I'm going to ask for some more info and than decide if I take it or not. But if you think this would make me a ''sell out'' or it would disrupt the videos too much I will decline their offer.

ps: next video is getting there, the video editing part is almost done. Sunday I should be able to do the voice over and then on monday: music, finishing touches (hopefully), thumbnail,....
