The bread experiment..
Added 2025-04-02 19:24:46 +0000 UTCLeft to right (1-2-3) = only light - light + water - light + water + air). Looks like things have kind of reach a balance, the mold is pretty much staying the same but I do see the bread shrinking, especially in the second jar.
