Here, I actually used masking fluid. Normally, I paint around almost everything, but I wanted to do the sky in one giant wash, and paint the stalks of reed in generous strokes without having to fiddle. Video is coming. ^^ I actually masked everything here - the swans, the reeds, and even Tuor.
