Edit: You need blender 3.5
In this model, riggify is used as the main rig, so it's more organized and easier to use. I've posted some pictures to help you navigate, but they're probably not that helpful. Just didn't want to spend a lot of time creating a video on how to use it, then having to change it later.
Here are some things you should know:
The Riggify add-on is built into blender
The shapekeys panel contains expressions and face units.
The Shapekeys Panel Has Genital Controls
By selecting one of the UI bones (Man or Smiley Face) in pose mode, properties appear in your side "N" panel. The man controls morphs and the smiley face controls visemes. There will be more on this when I release the video.

2023-04-13 16:24:10 +0000 UTCYou need blender 3.5 I made the mistake of updating to 3.5 and you can't open anything from 3.5 to 3.4. It's not clear whether it's a bug or if it's what blender intended to do.

2023-04-13 16:23:25 +0000 UTCLove your models. I can't wait to use her. Thank you for your hard work. Edit: I don't know whats happening. But I can't seem to open the file. It just crashes as soon as the blender file opens. I opened the Sif and Freya files just fine.
