Schedule free release of NTR Mobile v0.12.7.

There is a slight change in the release plan for the free version of NTR Mobile.
Normally I would release v0.12.1 as the free version. But since there are a lot of improvements in v0.13.0 I decided to create a separate version for the free release "v0.12.7". This version contains all QoL/performance improvements, bug fixes and corrected grammar, that will be present in v0.13.0 but does not contain any extra story or gameplay elements compared to v0.12.1. This should help improve the gameplay experience for everyone.
Free version 0.12.7 is planned to release 1 week after version 0.13.0.
