Sanguinius vs. Ka'Bandha- ready for the big trip

Tadaaa! That's it. I am happy to present you the finished Sanguinius vs. Ka'Bandha diorama.
There are still a few details like a little book, with some flying single pages and maybe a little ribbon on our Sanguiniuses spear. That I didn't finish in time! I am really happy to have something finished that I can hand in next weekend at the Golden Demon.
In between, I was really worried about not being able to paint and video record everything.
So you can believe me it's a great feeling... no comes the worrying part of packing everything. (models, paints, workshop supplies)
.I have decided to glue everything together when I am in Chicago.
The demon and Sanguinius are still detachable.
All parts will be blue-tacked in a pilot case and have to survive their journey lying sideways in the overhead lockers...
Alright .. hope to see many of you over at the Adepticon!
Wish me luck with the travel we will see each other at the show.
The full painting journey of this project will follow once I am back home in an epic video series!

2022-03-22 15:09:43 +0000 UTCThis might be my favourite piece of yours. The faces are perfect. The colours, somehow, seem both vibrant and also desaturated at the same time. I don't even understand it. How can they both be bright and also look like the are in ruins. Wonderful work.
