I am sad to admit that I went down the road of the devil and bought the "b" version of the 606... but I have to admit for $129 it was hard to pass up as well as totally satisfies my want of said sounds...especially running the snare out separately to a moog mf-delay for dubby snare hits and the hats out to the moog midi murf to fluctuate things... again thanks for your response on the video. the euro route would have have been way too much than i can justify at this time as well as possibility of picking up a 40yr old original. i am justifying it as an affordable way to achive an end... just as much as buying a environmentally responsible toothpaste vs "x" big brand... both get the job done but is the $7 one in my budget when i can get one for $3?? although price wise that probably doesn't make a lot of sense ??? in the big scheme of things regarding cost of equipment /per sounds it does? at least in my logic at this time??? maybe in the future i can justify a more costly yet non-morally bankrupt version of the 606? regardless ... keep on keeping on with the sounds!
