Ben, as always, a good lesson! My playing is getting alot better for a 69 yr old. I responded to the β04 floods in Western NC/E TN in β04 but Helene dwarfs the back to back Hur Francis & Ivan floods in Sept 2004. I live in Cartersville, GA but have worked in Newport, Morristown, Oak Ridge & Ktown up to Johnson City over the past 25+ years for the US Environmental Protection Agency and East Tennessee has a special place in my heart.
