Took a small amount of time off DF to try and get the creative juices flowing, but with A19.1 experimental now out, I'm working on the mod already. Got it working locally and thrown a couple of builds at the testers. May not add too much new to it for 19.1, just fix more bugs and other such things.
However, I HAVE taken advantage of the new toolbelt code to make a larger one (15 slots) and also changed all forges to work more like the campfire/chem station to stop array errors from smelting.
