I missed this stream, but I got to the part where you listened to the "Three Shadows Battle". In the original game it's called the "Shadow Sirens Battle", and as someone for whom Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is one of their favorite games of all time, I'll say that the remake's music is not necessarily always superior. A lot of the tracks end up going in a different direction compared to the original game, and end up getting a different feeling or vibe to them. Glitzville and the Palace of Shadow stick out in my mind as having drastically different tones compared to their original counterpart, to the point where I honestly prefer the originals, which doesn't make them bad, it's just... different.
