Install The Flash Script : https://gtaxscripting.blogspot.com/2016/04/gta-v-flash-script-mod-nibstyle.html#google_vignette
Drop “A_Train_UHD_dreadnot addonPack.oiv” and “A-Train_Suit_Files.oiv” into OpenIV!
