This settlement is ruled by Commander Griggs, who rules with an iron fist. Your farm’s thriving fields are about to yield a bountiful harvest, critical for sustaining your group through the upcoming winter and beyond.
As harvest time approaches, Commander Griggs sends his envoys with a demand. He offers protection from the continuous threats of zombies and raiders in exchange for half of your crop yield. Griggs' militia, composed of about twenty well-armed fighters, has successfully secured the region around Fort Haven, effectively reducing the local threat level. However, this protection comes with a steep price, threatening your group's food security and independence.
Griggs' demand places you in a precarious position. His group possesses superior firepower, but you are also aware that Griggs’ stronghold is grappling with its own crises—supplies are dwindling, and his people are hungry.
