I've found some publishers willing to give out my comic:)
I'll wait and think a little what route to go. I'm very new to actually dealing with publishers face-to-face, so I want to make sure I choose the right option. I really want to try and give my comic a good chance at success, but I don't know whether like a kickstarter self-publish or official means are best. Still weighing my options.
I want the first few pages to be fully rendered with tons of details, and then the rest being in flat color. In general, I prefer to read comics in a simpler style with very little shading. The less it looks like computer art the better. But, for the first pages, this is a look I wanted. Still tweaking and abridging the paneling until I'm happy with the pacing.
Also, I realise Martin probably looks very young due to his acne next to George. He's 22 in pt 1 xD he still has acne in pt 2 but wears a full face 1920s probably lead-y makeup kit.
I'm not sure whether to begin the story at the chronological start or have a small jump from the end to the beginning as a sort of mystery or explaining what happened. I'm partial to the former, but maybe the second is more exciting cause this one's a bit slow. I love slow myself but... sigh! Tricky. I'm very new to long-form comics and it's really really tricky! But exciting too, I like figuring out what's best for everything.
Thanks for sticking by!
