Animation Tier Change

I have been thinking it might be best to merge the animation tier and the comics art tier into one tier priced at $1. I just think it will be easier to get people to get into the animations if they were a bit cheaper. I don't think anyone would object to a price lowering but I figured I should give you all a heads up anyway. Let me know if you have any questions!
