Muton Devastator In-Game Preview

At last, after ten trillion gazillion billion quintillion years, there he is in-game. Gotta say i'm pretty please with how he turned out, except for the cape, it's too big and i might need to redo it or at least adjust it a little bit, which i'm not really looking forward to since it was already a pain in the ass to set it up, but we'll see what happens. The keen eyed among you my friends might notice that he also has a different idle animation than the rest of the Mutons, basically he is just not hunched over, which makes him look pretty big, only problem i foresee is the cover animations, because adjusting the cover animations isn't a big deal, unless i also have to adjust the transition from getting in and out of cover, if i have to do that though i might make it so these guys don't use cover, it's a bit lazy but i definitively want them to keep that idle animation.

Also now that i think about it, this idle animation will probably be a bit of a placeholder, because the T4 Ayylmao rifle these guys will be using is quite a bit long, so with their current right arm position it might end up clipping into ground, so i'll probably change that once the rifle is done. Maybe i'll make it so they have it resting on their shoulder as they stand around menacingly.

Also it didn't occur to me until i had him in-game, but i really should've waited to make the cape simply because now you can't see their fancy lightning claw, although there will also be animations for that, i'm debating whether or not to make reveal animations for these dudes, right now i'm leaning towards yes though, which might be bad news if you're getting tired of waiting for me to release this.

In any case i guess  there's not much else to say right now, next up i'll be making their rifle which might take a little bit, since it'll probably have more Zbrush work put into it than most of the weapons i make, and there's still their pistol and grenade to make, so stick around for that my dudes, hope you like how this big dude turned out and i'll be seeing you again soon.
