I Switched to Wayland?

Comments

I've used sway. It's pretty good. The bar situation is still not as good as on Xorg.

Matthew Weber

Interesting :-) I am still on Xorg, mainly because stability is my absolute top priority with my Debian setup. It is crucial for me that everything runs smoothly as most of my time is spent working and time spending with issues feels a bit costly at the moment. I am very much in the i3wm workflow which I don't want to adjust too much. However, as far as I have heard, Sway is a Wayland-compatible alternative to i3. Does anyone have experience with it? I would be curious in terms of stability and ease of transition for someone accustomed with i3...
