Tileset Prototype

First off, it looks like we've passed $100 and the first goal is reached! I want to say a big "thank you" to everyone here as it's a huge step, and I couldn't be more grateful!
As a side note, I've been thinking of other ways to potentially provide value to patrons and, as I've got more time now, I can finally do something I've wanted to for a long time - make a tileset! Here's just a rough little prototype to nail down the style, but I plan to make a full set of sprites in this 32 x 32 style. It'll be free for patrons, and the slayers/deities will be able to vote on what gets drawn next. That way, if you're using it and want to add something else to your project, you can request it and I'll have it done in a few days.
But anyways, thanks again everyone, I look forward to picking away at this in my spare time, should be done in a couple weeks :)

2022-06-07 07:03:49 +0000 UTCThe plan is to make a full set of these little human guys so people can use them in their own games if they wish 😊 I'll probably be going for a generic fantasy vibe with a wide assortment of stuff (different humans with different occupations, forests, buildings, enemies, etc). At the end of it, people should be able to make their own games without needing to make any additional art. That's the plan anyway! It won't necessarily be goblin themed, maybe I'll include some goblins as enemies. This stuff is a bit separate from the game itself, but should hopefully be useful to some people out there trying to make a game themselves but struggling with the art.
