Base Colours for new illustration & Leigh concepts

I spent today colouring sketches of my character Leigh, as well as putting down the base colours for the illustration I'm currently working on. I decided to go with pistacchio and matcha for the ice cream!
Btw, Germany will go into a partial lockdown again on Monday, so I'm mentally preparing for that. It'll probably be a while until I'll be able to go bouldering again or out to dinner with friends. But hey, it's all for an important cause! I'll just take the time to make as much new art as I can and re-establish my daily yoga routine at home. Just trying to stay positive.

2020-11-02 12:52:48 +0000 UTCyou are really getting good with these new style faces, there's so much feeling, it absolutely just makes you feel of those little moments where all the sounds around you just dim down and you take the time to just be in a moment...with a delicious Ice cream, Ive always been a plain Vanilla guy, all about the basic pleasures haha. There are rumours we in the UK are about to go into another one too, but ive had my self on a personal lock down since May, i miss my friends but I've been throwing all my days at painting and planning it to become my new job and its really paying off, I've regained my love for it all over again! stay stay safe and I cant wait to see more of what you create :)
