Travel Journal Day 1-2
Added 2025-03-28 19:49:16 +0000 UTCHey friends! Here are the first few pages of my Ireland Travel Journal! It was truly the trip of a lifetime. I can’t wait to share my adventure with you all! I will be posting all my travel journal pages to Patreon over the coming weeks, as well as adding a short blog post with pictures.
Day 1 (3/14/25):
We boarded our plane at 7:30pm PST and flew from Portland, OR to the London Heathrow Airport. From there we flew to the Dublin Airport, boarded an uber and walked a few blocks to our Air BnB. All in all it took 20 hours of travel.
Day 2 (3/15/25):
I was exhausted but my sister (the one who paid for this trip!) was geared up to explore Dublin, so the nap had to wait. We explored Dublin near Trinity College and settled on “l’Gueuleton” for dinner. Their French onion soup was amazing. I was also pleasantly surprised they offered Heineken 0.0 (non alcoholic beer)
After dinner Colleen and I were feeling full of warm food and ready for bed. The journey continues in my next post! Stay tuned! 🥰❤️🎉

My wife and I would love to see Ireland someday. That soup looks amazing, and I love Heineken 0, one of my favorite NA beers. I think Guinness actually makes an NA too, but I have t tried it yet.

2025-03-29 08:09:13 +0000 UTCHaha well admittedly i only had two flights, one 10 hour flight to London, then a 2 hour flight to Dublin 😄 But the total travel time, including layovers, was about 20 hours!
