Yes! I was mostly concerned about the meme music leading to a copywrite strike (which is actually a Bring Me The Horizon song), but that coupled with the dragonborn theme overlayed and the gif, I think it's safe to say it's transformative in nature, and counts as fair use. I uploaded a private test clip earlier in the day and noticed it was allowed by YT so I kept it in the final cut. :>
