New Monthly Artist's Choice Drawing Tier

I only have a few slots open at the moment so I can test the waters, but you guys get the first dibs before I open to the public at the start of December. Ill be creating a form to fill out so I know what kinda stuff to draw them doing generally and to submit your character. Thank you again. ^^
