Still mad about the cat? At the end of that episode they showed the cat with the gucci color on Leo's body. He never actually killed the cat it just got outside. He imagined the corpse like all the other animals

2024-01-09 18:42:59 +0000 UTCwell, i'm going to leave the comment about the show here because i'm pretty sure 99'99% of the comments on the edited post are people suggesting shows lol well, we're done with another mike flanagan show and i'm grateful i didn't have to wait long for this one. his next project is a film and since you're considering doing films now i'm not hopeless and it surely has kate in it, at least that will push milena to want to watch it. i could not agree more with you final thoughts. i did thoroughly enjoyed the show, the plot, the poetry and the acting but i felt the characters lacked a bit... well, a lot. i do feel like mike needs to add at least 3 to 5 more episodes to his next show so he can do more. i also agree with your ranking. hill house, midnight mass, bly manor, usher and then the midnight club, which you have not watched. i did enjoy all and liked it more than many shows, but well, some have to be last. i do love bly manor but the plot was inconsistent and has some plot holes . but jamie and dani have a special place in my heart. i admit that at some points midnight mass has been at the same level of hill house to me, but at the end of the day hill house is a show i rewatch every october and i adore so many of the characters so it will always be first. i also enjoyed this one a lot because i really like edgar allan poe's work and i liked how mike managed to blend so many characters, stories and poems in a single show. so many details. incredible. being familiar with his work also meant i knew what would annabel lee and lenore's future was, aldo madeline and roderick since i also read the fall of the house of usher short story. well, that was a lot to say to probably no one since i feel like i'm the only patreon watching this one lol but great to have finished another show with you, waiting for the next one ❤️
