"We salute the rank, not the man."
Enjoyed your reaction to this series. A natural progression is "The Pacific" (2010) (10 episodes) that is a companion series to BoB, and having the same executive producers Hanks/Spielberg. Yet, I know you have rejected putting yourself through that. I sympathize.
*The Spielberg masterpiece "SCHINDLER'S LIST" (1993) is tough but important to watch and less time investment. RT=98%. IMDb = 9. Metacritic = 95%. Nominated for 12 Oscars, won 7 Oscars including Best Picture.
Hermann Goering was an early associate of Hitler. Goering joined the Nazi Party in 1922 (when the Nazi Party was nothing) after hearing a speech by Hitler. He was quickly given leadership positions in the Nazi Party. Later, Goering became head of the German Air Force and second in command of Germany at the end of the war. He stole art treasures from across Europe for his personal collection and was sentenced to death at the war trials in Nuremberg but committed suicide before the sentence could be carried out.

There are a number of them who reacted to We Stand Alone Together, the ones I've seen are Nikki&Steven, Diegesis, CaliforniaBlend, Nia Maki(based on my memory of her reaction she is likely the reactor he is referring to)

But really thing they need to that 11 Episode We Stand Alone Together because shows there life after the war. All there names and faces, there yearly reunions. I have seen other reactor feeling depressed after watching band of brothers in really short fast time. But this brought up her mood very positive watching the END: We Stand Alone Together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6j_nop4wh0&t=312s

I would 100% agree with everthing just said. We Stand Alone Together is must watch. A little out of sync within seconds. Must have do with recording conversion.

I hope you guys cover the documentary that went along with this series, titled "We Stand Alone Together". It is where these interviews before each episode came from. I really think watching that would leave you with a lot more closure and with a more positive experience. I know you guys didn't like the gore and violence. This documentary has none, but it is a great way to top off the whole series.
I couldn't get a single one of their videos to sync up properly. No matter what I did, it would always go out of sync within seconds.

James McAvoy, Andrew Scott, Simon Pegg, Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy and more. What a cast of relative unknowns, and now A-list!
