"Luthor was responsible for Arkhan riot, let me join the party and i will help you to locate him"

- Blackgate is for "prisoners", but Arkham Asylum is for "inmates", because they are there for mental health treatment. Gordon also likes to ask questions, so how about... Gordon: "Arkham inmates are loose and running wild across the city. Think any of your super friends can help us?" - I don't think Batman or any hero would let Joker say something like "Let me go" so how about... Joker: "Luthor was the one behind the Arkham riot, not me! He wouldn't share! How about we share? Let me run with the gang and we'll be the pain in his buttocks!"
