Definitive happened now what?
Added 2020-10-04 01:13:05 +0000 UTCOk it's time again for ol' Adam to tell yall what's going on. Turns out not much. I have lots of ideas for what videos I could do, but I really don't know what I WANT to do. Lots of potential with the advent of Rivals Definitive Edition, but I don't really want to be a "utility" channel, which is the kind of channel I call that just posts stuff because of timing. For example something along the lines of "New features in Definitive Edition" or something to that effect. I could easily make a video like that to cash in on Rivals DE, but it's not really something that grows the channel in the direction I want. My goal is to be a "creative" channel, where the videos I make are based around my personality, so that people like the content for me and not just the game. This is not a new struggle at all for me, but just what's going on when I'm deciding what I want to do with regards to making videos. And right now I have basically no clue what I feel like pursuing next.
Oh also I have my old job back sorta. It's transitioned to a remote mentoring thing, that I wont bore you with the explanation of, but it's not very time intensive and shouldn't really affect video output, but will probably make me stream a bit less.
So besides that not much has changed, still working on Dinock, still just figuring out what the heckers checkers I want to do in this time of mental burnout.
I do however have not just one but TWO whole magical wonderful secret projects that I can't talk about at all. I'll just say that they're both Rivals related and that one of the projects will reveal the other, and it'll be a long time before that happens.
In terms of boring life stuff that you probably don't care about, I've picked up lock picking as a hobby. It is fun and has nothing to do with computers which is why I like it, and I randomly decided to get into it because I discovered the Lockpickinglawyer youtube channel and binged a bunch of his videos.
Anyway that's it, kinda a short one I think? Remember to flip your flops.
