Seeing your reaction brought a smile to my face Bob, I hope you go back and do their mixtape BetterOffDead and go forward to Vacation in Hell, both are worth the listen!

2024-10-07 02:10:07 +0000 UTCI know you aren't doing much gangsta rap these days. But I do want to suggest Hell Hath No Fury by Clipse and Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg. They both have new albums coming out any moment. I should note that Clipse are quite lyrical and complex in their wordplay. They have bars it's not just place holder which you don't like. Though the subject matter is mostly centered around the drug dealer lifestyle. Their production was innovative for the time in that it was handled by Pharrell. People hadn't heard that kind of rap over those kind of beats before. The new Clipse album is one of the most anticipated albums of the year and we will see how the new Snoop/Dre album turns out. Either way Doggystyle should be on there and you haven't done a 90s album in awhile.
