This has not been tested with the the new phys bones, it may have problems!!
I know I made a choker the other day, they're just really fun to do ;; A chunky heart choker with wings and chains, made in blender from scratch by me! :) It's all rigged (Heart, Wings and Chains) and as always I'll leave the bone settings for it
