I can also confirm this is a scam and echo all the same things the others have said.

Stuff like a neo geo aes with a stack of US games, rolexes, antique instruments, audiophile equipment, etc. Basically anything that'll turn people with deep pockets rabid. It's a bit flattering that a crt is now a part of that scam.
