Poster for PAL - first draft

This is my first draft for the promotional poster for Pervert Action: Legacy.

I think I'm broadly happy with this, but I want some feedback. It's a bit of a compromise - I'd like to be able to see Masami's boobs and shoulders as they're nice in this pic; I've never been a fan of pictures that try to cram everything in at once; I don't have anything particularly sexual in the poster; you can't properly see the PAL logo.

What's this poster for? Primarily I am creating this for people who first see the game posted in forums or on my websites. Therefore it is likely to be the first impression many people get of the game. There will likely also be some screenshots included (which will show some sex, so people know what they're getting) but this is an important image.

With that in mind I would ask some questions: Do you think it looks good enough? Is it sexy enough? Would it make you want to download the game? Is it too busy? Do you think it accurately represents the game? Are there any problems you can see? Are there any improvements you can suggest?

I was also thinking I should maybe include a slogan on there to describe the game a little, but maybe that can just be included along with the game. Something like: "Train your maids in battle, housework and the arts of love..." That's not 100% what the game is about but I think it's an interesting entree into the game concept.

Do be critical, I can obviously change things and I'd like this to make a good first impression.

Thanks very much, I've tried to take the advice you guys have offered (although after playing with some ideas I haven't done quite everything suggested) and I'm posting a second draft in a moment.

I agree, the monsters make it too busy. They also make it harder to see that the maids are holding weapons. I'd remove the monsters, spread the maids out a bit more. Move the boss lady a bit more to the left. And perhaps only show the back of Ai, standing more in the distance.

I like the overall design you used here, but I think it may be a little to busy. I would perhaps leave the monsters out and also maybe Ai. She's a bit of a secret character and it might be a nice surprise to see her in the game verse the box art. Overall great work as always.
