And, I wanted to go back to my roots and finally cover one of my favorite bassists of all time: Duff from Guns N' Roses! I absolutely cut my teeth on their songs, covered them in various bands growing up, and know so many of them on bass. I'm having a tough time deciding which song to break down...I was thinking "Paradise City" because it's just a master class on slowly intensifying a song, one groove at a time, but then "Sweet Child O' Mine" is pure melodic goodness throughout the whole song. "Welcome to the Jungle" has such obscure part choices across the board. I'd like to pull one from Appetite since those are the main ones I learned to play, despite how much I love all the "Use Your Illusion" material.

I haven't really listened to the band in awhile, and am really looking forward to revisiting one of these songs under the microscope. I'd love to hear your input!
