This is Juri Han's hairstyle, a request from a really talented animator/artist whose work you may have seen around. I don't know much about Juri but she seems a little crazy, like her hair.

You will also need to download the two plugins above by Stopper if you don't have them already. After you have those plugins installed in your AddonPackages, the hairstyle should load with the colors as shown. Then add the hair rings, which are a CUA also included in the var. Since this is a new var setup, please comment or message me if it doesn't work correctly for you (or give a thumbs up if it does).

I made this hairstyle before the plugins existed, so it was originally in two parts to achieve the coloring. Afterwards, I reworked it to use the plugins and load in as a single item. Thanks to Stopper for making this possible. I have a couple more hairstyles in the queue that also do this (Cyberpunk Lucy and Harley Quinn).
