NOS FiveM Resource

**NOTE** The speedometer is NOT included, it's just so you have a visual way of seeing the effect. I will release the speedometer once its complete.
Features:
- 4 different upgrade settings: 1 - Disabled, 2 - Basic NOS, 3 - Better duration/regen, 4 - More power.
- When empty there's a 2s cooldown so you cant keep the button pressed for a small constant boost.
- NOS buttons are X(xbox), Square(DS4), Shift(Keyboard).
- Created events that you can call from other resources.
Left multiple notes in the source code to explain what everything does and how you can modify it.
