Bard Subclass - College of the Onlooker

Those who follow the loose College of the Onlooker are usuall regular folk who simply wished to keep an eye out for the sheer insanity of the world and share their findings with the rest of their fellows.
This subclass is less focused on being an offensive force but supporting others with your unique view of the world, granting them big buffs to allies after taking vivid pictures from the heart of an adventure.
