2020-03-17 07:02:45 +0000 UTCThis poor girl. Good LORD! I honestly don’t think I could have voted guilty beyond reasonable doubt as a juror in this case. This is a really tough one. If not for the witness who said she said “Eric” did this to her - I believe this man surely would have been found guilty. Someone commented above about the his cell phone ping being inaccurate- I wonder if this was used in his defense in either of his trials? Side note - as horrific as this poor girls’ death was, and she and her family deserve justice, my faith in humanity in the south of the US has been restored somewhat. I live in Louisiana and in these states, racism is still very real. I’m somewhat surprised and proud that these juries actually weighed the evidence and testimonies seriously and didn’t just vote to convict because this was a young black male with a previous record. Not one jury but TWO!

I just hope at the very least he gets convicted of 1st degree murder in the 1st one and gets life. If not maybe in his time in prison he is serving right now maybe someone will get to him considering he likely killed 2 women. Child killers and then his type are the people that usually are the people to have a KOS tag on them. Now in regards to Jessica Chambers she clearly fought til the end. I can't believe that fireman did as well as he did keeping his composure and not crying and whatever. Also about this jury in the Jessica Chambers case saying there is reasonable doubt well you light me on fire and have me also on fire from the inside out and guaranteed I am likely not to say things right and it sounds like it was shown that she said many things the wrong way. Take away that and take away the fact that the sexual predator or whatever they might think did it well the alibi was tight and so what is left to have reasonable doubt? These juries were moronic. Honestly two women gone and this guy still breathing makes me sick.

I've know her brother Allen since he was a little boy and his daughter and my daughter and great friends. Thank you for doing thre case because we want ask the publicity we can get to send him to death row.... GREAT JOB MIKE KEEP UP THE BEST WORK.. oh and personally I don't really care for mr. Davis. He's just so Bland. Nothing personal it's just my opinion. His last video was just total confusion and whose introduction was longer than his video. He was once a bassist for Iron Butterfly, a band that unfortunately I'm old enough to remember. Later he got a degree in aerospace engineering and did some work for the US government. There has been a lot of speculation about his disappearance. Cheers and keep up the awesome work!

2020-03-11 13:52:57 +0000 UTCA cell phone data specialist (not called at trial) explained that because the accused and victim's phones were on two different networks which reported phone locations differently, it was totally misrepresenting the ping data when the prosecution used it to claim the pair were at the same place together when she died. Once calibrated correctly the data actually proved he was not with her, which explains why he never admitted being with her even when the police were showing him the ping data and saying he was lying. Unfortunately for him, it looks like he was lying about a lot of things, which isn't a good look.
