What do your elf eyes see?

How are you feeling? Last weekend was a whirlwind for me, but I was able to catch up with some friends old and new in the process so alls well that ends well. I have a fun surprise for you this week and the upcoming weeks hereafter for a bit. A new story that I have been working on with a lovely collaborator.
Changing gears a bit from sci fi on the farm to fantasy. I wouldn't go so far as to call it pulpy, but I am hoping it is a lighter jaunt than Experimental Business. EB is the kind of story that I think works out a reader's muscles below and above the belt, so to speak. Or maybe I am just being too secretive and convoluted. The next EB chapter should hopefully set the stage for the latter half of the book. I am on the fence about if I should have some things in this book or in the following one. I might end up just having them flow into one another for the mean time and then figure it out all later. Best not to dwell, 'this thought can wait'.
That phrase has been something I am trying to do more of. When you wake up in the middle of the night and your brain is all fired up about some bullshit you don't need to be worrying about at three in the morning, that's when you say/think that phrase.
'This thought can wait.' Put it in an imaginary jar, Don't you dare reach for the phone, and keep those eyes closed and head back to sleep. Sleep is such an absolutely commodity as I get older. I never used to be this light a sleeper, but this might be all that blue light melting out eyeballs what feels like 24/7.
Phew... Getting philosophical recently. You're here for the smut, aren't you?
Look forward to something different, fresh, and (I think...) quite fast paced. (for me at least.) Two characters in the form of an agile human rogue and her unwitting client a tremendously curvaceous elven druid. They are about to learn a lot when things come up. It should only take a month or so to get out in its entirety depending on how long it goes.
Please look forward to it and thanks as always for your support and readership!
Ta ta~
