Native spanish speaker here. most of your spanish phrases are misplaced or just plain wrong, but "no mierda" here makes no sense, "no shit" doesn't translate at all. I'd replace it with "no me digas" = "you don't say", if she were mexican or around mexicans a lot then it could be "no mames". Also in the previous book there were a lot of "pompis" which is a cute little butt, something you'd hear in a baby diapers commercial. Like, J Lo doesn't have a "pompis". They'd use "cola" or the more vulgar "culo". One expression venezuelans use a lot when swearing is "coño". Anyway, if you'd like any help with the phrases you can drop me a line I'll do my best.
