I think it's fine if it's popular and that's what people want, that's the first time there's so much characters from a same franchise in the poll and I guess it's because the new Pokemon is out. It's just an exceptional event.

Maybe if you have time you could do an in-between alt where Rosa is in the middle of messing her diaper but hasn't finished and her mom says with a smile on her face " ah oh, looks like it's potty time for my little Rosa". Then in the alt where Rosa is finished her mom can say " Potty time is always my favorite time of the day and that goes double for you doesn't it sweetie" and then Rosa just says something generic like "Squishy" as she enjoys her messy diaper

I see, but pokemon has an overwhelming amount of loveable ladies. perhaps ask all the patreons what direction thed wanna go in. or the rest of the donars input on this would be. otherwise I feel you might be kinda limiting the scope of your work. Dont get me wrong , I dont hate pokemon. https://pokemon.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Female_characters but one look at this wiki just shows me even if you dont the same girl but once every three months. you could still be drawing 5-6 girls from pokemon a month and still not have drawn them all in a year.

This might be an unpopular view. but given pokemons overwhelming popularity. and seeing how it always gets a lot of art every month. would it be unfair to ask if maby we can limit how many poke girls are on the ballet every month? so other series ladies have a chance to win? due to how big your patreon is. of course mainstream series will almost always win out.

Maybe a alt before she's mentally regressed by a pokemon off screen where she's blushy and embarrassed at the clothes she has to wear. You could have it where her mom is mentally regressing her because she wants her baby girl back, in terms of dialogue. Don't know if that'll work though since the pose looks like she's reaching for the pokemon, maybe shes reaching to it for help since igglybuff knows a few healing moves?
