Today, I started working on Chapter 5!
We've been talking since some months about the last chapter with Personalias and we decide to take a different approach this time.
Personalias is going to write each scene separately, with different dialogues but also different interactions between the characters depending on Eclair's maturity. Depending if Eclair is mature (M1/M2) or immature (M3/M4), the changes are going to be pretty significant!
This chapter is probably going to be shorter (maybe between 40 minutes and an hour) but it should be fun to replay to se all the differents dialogues and possibilities.
For now, we're focusing on the more mature version of Eclair.
New chapter, new loading screen! I had this one on my folders since a while and I just had to integrate it to the game.
After beating the puzzle, Eclair wake up in yet another version of her room. With even MORE baby toys.
She try to get out of her crib only to realize her legs aren't working like they used to. Pushing herself will only lead in pathetic results. She can only wait for her mother.
And this doesn't really goes well either. Another picture I had lying around in my folders since a while, happy to finally be able to show it!
After that, you can take the control of Eclair and explore a bit this new room while Marna prepare for Daycare.
And that's all for today!
A usual, the progress is slow, especially for this chapter, we're going to advance step by step, scene by scene, should be interesting.
Next week, I should work on the next scene that take care at the Daycare and maybe I'll do some pixel art. See you nxt week!
